friendly faces, sparkly new places and lacrosse tans

I was trying to connect to the internet (stupid dial-up, cable internet does not come out this far...grrr...) and it said that there was no dial tone even though there was no one on the phone. My grandmother suggested I whack the phone? I have never had the work before have you? Getting mad and just hitting whatever is not working is not supposed to fix the problem...Well what do you know I whacked the phone and TAH DAH! I was able to successfully connect to the internet! hmmmmm.... Anyway I am finally off to NYC tomorrow!!! Iam SOOOO excited!!! Danna, Lee, and I are going with our moms as a special birthday thing for the three of us!!! We are going to see RENT on Broadway!!!!! And we are staying in a hotel a block away from Central Park! I have been dancing and singing around my house all day! Tomorrow can't come soon enough!!!! It will be the perfect end to a perfect vacation! I have been having an absolutely awesome vacation! The weather has been great and I had Lacrosse practice every morning which was really fun! The only bad thing about the vacation was the absence of Frances! Stupid Argentinian has run off to Costa Rica without me!! grrr...no fair! Though I did get to talk to him today yay! But Anyway I got to see Lulu Sunday and got lots of wonderful chocolate and Saturday I went to the mall. I have also got a nice dark tan from playing Lacrosse in the sun everyday...The only problem with that is that I have dark legs and dark arms but my hands are white from wearing my lacrosse gloves and the skin around my eyes is lighter then the rest of my face because of my protective lacrosse goggles....heheheh I look pretty cool! Anyway it is supposed to be 75 degrees in NYC so that will soon be fixed...yes my goggle tan will soon be fixed.

ME: "....and then I can fix my goggle tan.."
LEE: "your taco pan?"
ME: "no my goggle tan!"

Okay I think I will stop my random tangent now. Anyway I can't wait this vacation has been great!!!!
