Oh shit, oh shit, oh shit!

I'm dead-set on not getting sick until tomorrow afternoon so when I thought I might be getting a blocked nose I had 'sinus relief' syrup which ur oinly meant to hav 15Ml of every 8 hrs (I hav 20Ml) and then I had a tablet for the same thing (ur only meant to have 2 every 6-8 hrs) and now I can't really feel my fingers or nose and I tried to stand up and I almost passed out. There's no1 home and wont be for several hours so i really hope nothing too bad is wrong!
