Okay, Rachel!
Hey everyone. I haven't updated in three weeks apparently. I had a good rest of break in Florida. New Years was pretty excellent. Thank you Naureen for the ride home. I was able to talk to Stacey for about two hours straight just about everything going on with us, that was awesome. I miss her so much. It was good to see everyone. These are short, choppy sentences.
Tyler and I drove back to Charlotte, we got here in good time. I missed everyone here so much, especially my best friends.. mostly Whitney. My new roommate (Jaclyn transferred) is my friend Lindsay, and she is really cool, we get along quite well. She plays tennis. When she gets drunk she doesn't get obnoxious. It's a cool time in Belk 211.
Sometimes I question what I was thinking when I decided to play lacrosse at such a serious level. It is very rewarding, but there are a lot of obligations. On Monday and Wednesday I leave my dorm at 10AM and do not come back until 830PM. Crazy. We practice every day of the week except for one.. two to three hour practices. Full of sprints and intensity. Very different from high school.... I mean.. really different. We're sick though, so it is okay. We are ranked 6th in the Nation. How about that?
Classes are well; I am taking: Intro to Philosophy, Statistics, Comp II, Psych Lab, Tennis, and CORE 120. Not too hard, not too easy. Fifteen credit hours, two less than last semester because it is season. It is going well.
I left for dinner while writing this post. And now it is time to take a shower. Hope you all are well. I know I am.
