"Hyung!" Jongin whines as he plops down on the sofa beside Kyungsoo.

Kyungsoo doesn't bother looking up from the book he's reading. He's not really reading but he likes it when Jongin tries to get his attention. It's cute the way he whines and snuggles close, which is exactly what the younger is doing.

"Hyung~" He whispers in a singsong voice, nudging Kyungsoo's side and Kyungsoo pretends he's busy reading even though there's a ghost of a smile on his lips.

"Hyung?" Jongin says a little more softly, a little bit sad, like he believes Kyungsoo isn't really paying him the attention he needs.

Kyungsoo, fearing that Jongin will stop with being cute, hums to show his attention. From his peripheral vision, he can see Jongin smile, happy that his hyung is paying him the attention he needs.

The younger proceeds to lay his head down on Kyungsoo's shoulder and sighs. "Hyung, I'm tired, let me sleep on your lap, please?"

Kyungsoo chuckles softly, putting his book aside. He should've known that this was what Jongin wanted. Jongin loves lying down on his thighs, thinks of them as his personal pillow. He bites his lip and smiles at Jongin before giving him a small, 'Fine.'

Jongin is all too eager to lay down on Kyungsoo's thigh, adjusting his head so he's smiling up at Kyungsoo, his hand automatically finding their way through Kyungsoo's fingers. He holds on to it and closes his eyes.

After five minutes or so, and Jongin's breathing takes a more relaxed rhythm, Kyungsoo begins to stroke Jongin's cheek with his free hand.

Jongin is absolutely angelic sleeping on his lap like this. His skin soft under the pad of his fingers. Kyungsoo is bewitched as he lets his fingers trace the outline of Jongin's face, slowly moving up toward his hair.

He strokes gently, trying not to tug on the burgundy locks, afraid he'll wake the younger. He plays with the soft locks of hair with his fingers, carefully feeling the way they easily slide with each movement his fingers make. He massages Jongin's scalp which makes the latter moan in his sleep and Kyungsoo giggles at the way Jongin's eyebrows furrow. He fixes Jongin's hair, trying to bring back the now askew look he's given his boyfriend back to normal. With a last brush of his fringe, Kyungsoo leans down and plants a chaste kiss on Jongin's forehead.

"I love you," Kyungsoo whispers.

"Mhm, I love you, too," Jongin replies softly.

This is so sweet and I almost died of toothache while reading it SQUEALS!!!!!!! I love how Soo pretended to not notice jongin and I could totally see jongin whining like a baby. Really like their characterisations tho it's only a short Drabble.
