(Sorry if it sucks, OP >< It's 5AM and I really shouldn't be up but here goes~)

Kris is awkward. No, really. He is awkward and not even with a capitol A. Lu Han feels it's more like awkward in all caps (A W K W A R D), like when juice or any other drink other than water seeps underneath the keys of his laptop and ends up making the buttons stick. Like how, on their first real date, Kris wants to be a nice guy and buys Lu Han bubble tea and somehow in the midst of conversation, knocks it over with one of his hands and sends it spilling over the desk. Lu Han was bothered of course, but the stream of apologies that came from Kris as he cleaned up most of the mess made it hard to stay even just annoyed for very long. The embarrassed flush spreading from his cheeks all the way back to his ears was admittedly... cute.

Kris is cool in front of the cameras and for this, Lu Han totally thinks he should go into acting - it takes a lot to convince millions of fans that he's some sort of god when in reality, Lu Han knows this is the same guy that doodles emotes and misshapen hearts onto post-its he tacks onto the back of Lu Han's phone ("Good morning ^-^!") so he'll see it when he wakes up, the inside of his suitcase so he'll get a surprise when he packs for yet another overseas trip ("Don't forget to bring socks~ :)))"), the waistband of his boxers when he got his laundry back ("Hi.") -- okay maybe that last one was a little strange.

Kris is that guy who panics like no tomorrow when he realises he forgot to buy a gift for Lu Han's birthday and instead of making up an excuse, he reaches into his pocket like he's got something and pulls out a handful of air, saying "Here's a pocket full of love." with a completely straight face. All of two seconds pass and Kris bites his lip nervously before Lu Han cracks up, laughing till his face hurts.

He can't help laughing to himself when he leans up to kiss Kris on the lips while the other is mumbling something about wanting to take Lu Han to his favourite restaurant but you know, if you don't like Thai food, that's okay we can go somewhere else, there's another nice place, it's just kind of far and--!!!?!?!??!. Kris' surprise shows up on his face and with a grin, Lu Han sticks a post it onto his forehead. It's one of Kris' cheesier notes, with one of their song lines written on it in his atrocious handwriting - "When you smile, the sun shines~ ^___^"

So yeah, Kris is awkward.

Lu Han thinks he likes it though.
