Sometimes, Kim Jongin likes to wonder how life may be if he hadn't met his roommate. His roommate is 1.8m worth of clumsiness and sharp breaths, with disinterested eyes and a small mouth. His roommate likes to cause trouble sometimes (just sometimes), like sneaking a peek at the answer sheet for the upcoming Physics test, or replacing the school flag on the flag pole with a pair of nice red boxers from one of the random laundry baskets in their dorms. It's all in the name of fun, unless sometimes it's not.

Today, Jongin wakes up to a bloodcurdling shriek that sounds vaguely like Sehun, but nothing like Sehun at all. He takes a look at the alarm clock sleepily -- it's 5AM, too early for Jongin-brain to function, but he rolls off his bed and pads out of their room to check anyway. The sight that greets him is ridiculous and by the third second he's staring he's absolutely positive his jaw is already stuck to the floor.

His roommate, Oh Sehun, an undoubtedly boyish boy, who had flaring pink hair and a pair of unbelievably skinny legs, now has long, flowing pink hair and the same old legs, but with an obviously broader hip. Jongin gulps as his eyes trail up because Sehun's face is twisted with horror and Jongin's eyes can't move beyond Sehun's boobs --

Sehun has boobs.

"Is that you, Sehun?" Jongin tries.

"I think so?" Sehun replies, but his (her?) own eyes widen as she hears her own voice. "Oh my god, Jongin," she panics, "I am a girl. I sound like a girl. I also have boobs."

"What happened to you?"

"What happened to me?" Sehun laments, burying her face into her palms.

As Sehun moans more about her life turning haywire, she plops onto the couch and Jongin sits awkwardly beside her. "Are those real?" Jongin asks, finger pointing at Sehun's chest area.

Sehun's eyes narrow. "Fuck you. I don't need padding. Of course they are," she says proudly, puffing out her chest in pride.

Jongin stays on the couch as Sehun struts to the bathroom. "I even look good as a girl, this is so tragic," she whistles to the mirror, "I'd fall for me."

"Sehun," Jongin says when Sehun exits the bathroom and sits on the couch, "I've never seen boobs this huge. How --"

"Oh my god," Sehun interrupts, "I know, right. None of the girls in our school even have half of my size. Do you think they'll be jealous if I--"

"Can I touch them?" Jongin requests suddenly, mouth dry and eyes wide. "I mean, yours are really big and I've really never seen -- oh my god, just let me have a go," he mumbles.

"Go get laid," Sehun replies with a roll of her eyes, although she nods. "Find, just this once, though, I swear. The next time I'll have to charge you or something."

Jongin's palms are suddenly clammy with sweat and he has no idea why. They've been best friends three days after they met, dancing to the same style of music and laughing at the same kind of lame jokes their friend Chanyeol comes up with. They've ate together, showered together, peed together and practically slept together and Jongin has no idea why he's so nervous right now. "I"m gonna do it," he gulps, and Sehun nods disinterestedly.

The long pink hair that Sehun now has is obscuring Jongin's view of Sehun's body as he looks down carefully. What used to be a skinny body has now evolved into a body of frivolous curves at the right places. Jongin reaches out slowly and at the first contact, Sehun jerks back.

"It itches," she explains, face flushed a light pink (like the shade of her hair) and she twists her fingers around nervously. Jongin nods in understanding, and he looks into Sehun's eyes for consent before copping a feel of Sehun's chest.
