"Yellow? What's yellow?"
"A really obnoxious color, you can't look right at it or adults say you can go---hey we're at the bridge." luhan beamed bounding onto it quickly. "Come on Sehun!" he called on the other side.
Sehun frowned, putting a foot forward cautiously and darting it back sharply as the material beneath his feet seemed to bend. Clutching harder onto the railing. "It's moving." Sehun called over.
"I said it did!" luhan defended as he headed back over taking Sehun's hand in his, "Come on," he urged, tugging it.
Sehun shook his head, "No, I don't like this."
"No, really, it's fine um...you know how i told you it sways?"
"Yeah.."
"Well it's re~ally sturdy." luhan assured, "It's unbreakable."
"Unbreakable?"
"yeah, cuz it's made of metal."
"You're lying. Metal doesn't bend."
"No im not! It's...uuuh, it is metal, but there are things in it that keep the pieces together so that they move without coming apart." he stated.
"It wont' break?" Sehun inquired, feet slowly sliding over the bridge.
"Promise, it's like...umm...when you're in the bathtub and the water, like splashes against you, it never goes away, but it moves."
"It does when it goes down the drain." Sehun countered.
"Well duh, it's water, this is metal, but it moves like the waves in the tub." he assured, taking hold of Sehun's hand and gently leading him further onto the swaying bridge. Sehun's other hand clutched at the railing. It was slow going, as Sehun slid his feet over the bridge, not lifting them up as he adjusted to the feel. "You wanna go down the fireman pole?" Luhan asked, teachers didn't like it when they went down the wood plank, it was 'for up use only', so he didn't even bother asking Sehun if he wanted to go on that one.
Sehun shook his head. "I wanna go on the slide." he declared. As they reached it, Sehun extended his hands forward to feel at the metal pole over it, squatting onto his knees to feel for the top of the slides edging. "What's this look like?" he asked.
"Umm...a spiral...like..like a spring, it twists a few times and it's really fast, but there's sand at the bottom of it, so it doesn't hurt even if you cant catch yourself." Luhan rambled.
"Come down wif-with me?" Sehun asked. Luhan frowned. The rule was one on the slide at a time. He didn't want to get caught and put on the fence the rest of recess...but he was a special helper too....and sehun WAS asking for help...
"Okay." he agree, "here, you sit." he ordered, putting his hands on Sehun's shoulder to guide him down at the edge, sitting behind him, his knees knocking against sehun's own as he adjusted. "Ready?"
"Yes..but tell me when." Sehun ordered.
"On three? one...two...three!" he beamed pushing off the edge. Sehun gave a tiny squeak as they slid down the slide. "How was that?!" luhan beamed.
"Again! Let's do it again." sehun trilled as a shrill cry of a whistle pierced the air. "Awww." he whined. "we only went once."
"We'll go again tomorrow. OH! We should go to the merry go round, Kris spins it really fast and it's fun, you get super dizzy." Luhan explained.
"Merry go round?" Sehun asked.
"It's this wide flat circular thing with a bunch of different things you can hold onto while it spins, so you hop on it and then it's spun around and you get dizzy." Luhan rambled as he tugged Sehun into line with him for their class.
