"What?"
Chanyeol blinks. Shit, he thinks and mentally runs a hand down his face. Why, out of all people, he decided to fall in love with his best friend's soon-to-be husband.
Shit, he says under his breath this time when he realizes that all eyes were on him.
Even Baekhyun's.
Even Jongin's.
He wants to say sorry to Jongin for ruining his wedding but, deep down, he knows, he actually doesn't care. Because all he wants right now is Baekhyun to be his. Only his.
He hangs his head low when he hears the people around him whispering. He looks up to see Baekhyun teary-eyed (don't know if it was from his sudden confession or that his wedding was ruined). He turned to see Jongin but he only saw his back instead. Ah, he ruined their friendship, didn't he?
He didn't want to look back and sit beside Kyungsoo. He didn't love him and so did Kyungsoo. Kyungsoo loved Jongin. Chanyeol knew his unrequited love for Jongin. He knew.
It pained him more when Baekhyun suddenly broke down to tears. Jongin didn't help him but instead he just stood there, facing the priest. He sees Baekhyun taking wobbly steps to him and he panics because he's going to slap him oh my God.
But it never came.
He felt Baekhyun's lips on him and he snapped back to reality when he felt tears on his cheeks. It wasn't his though, it was Baekhyun's.
"You," Baekhyun starts and hits Chanyeol's chest. It hurts. "You always find the wrong time to do something," he continues and wipes his tears. Chanyeol didn't know what to do because he felt uncomfortable with everyone's eyes on him.
"Baek-"
"Chanyeol, shut the fuck up you just ruined my wedding."
Chanyeol couldn't help but feel guilty because really, he just ruined a wedding. Chanyeol was about to tell him, 'hey, I'm sorry for ruining your wedding man. So I'm just gonna go back at eat a tub of ice cream' but instead he felt someone pulling him out of the church.
Baekhyun pulled him.
Baekhyun ran away from his wedding.
It took Chanyeol about five minutes to realize that Baekhyun-the groom-ran away from his own wedding. Chanyeol abruptly stopped and pulled Baekhyun to face him. Baekhyun was crying-again. Chanyeol just pulled him into his embrace and let him cry it all out.
"I love you, Chanyeol. I always have. I love everything about you. Even the things I don't like, I love. And I want you with me. I love you and I think that you love me too."
Chanyeol choked because Baekhyun just confessed to him the exact same way he did a few minutes ago. Baekhyun wiped his tears away with his sleeve and held out his hand for Chanyeol to hold it. Chanyeol did.
"Do you?"
"I do."
And Chanyeol thinks, maybe Jongin would hate him, maybe Baekhyun's parents will hate him but it doesn't matter anymore.
Because now Baekhyun is his; only his.
And hopefully forever.

But my gooey heart has some shards in it from one-sided Kaisoo and quiet [dejected? rejected? heartbroken?] Jongin.
