➣ Check-ins + Submission Post ;
Check-ins are fast approaching and we've had some people inquire about early submissions, so here is the post that will guide you through both of them!
- Check-ins will be scheduled for Friday, May 22nd with 750 words and Friday, June 26th with 1500 words, respectively.
- The final dropout date is the same date as the second check-in.
- The final deadline will be Friday, July 17th with 2000 words.
- Reminder that we will be running on EST, or UTC/GMT-5. The submissions will be due at midnight at the end of these days.
➣ Check-In
- Attach your fic (preferably saved as a Word document) to an email.
- Copy and paste the form provided below into the body of your email.
- Make sure you include HTML tags for any sort of text modification (like bold or italics), but you don’t have to worry about adding anything else.
- In the subject of the email, put: (Your Username) 1st or 2nd Check-In
- Send your forms and attached file to exoments@gmail.com.

➣ Final Submissions
- If you are ready to submit your completed fic, please follow the same directions as you would for a check-in, change “Check-In” to “Final Submission” in the subject of the email.
- You may submit your completed fic to us as soon as you finish it. As a reminder, your finished fic must have at least 2000 words.
- If you have finished your fic early and would like to claim another prompt to fill, send us an email indicating which prompt you would like to claim.
- Please keep in mind the time left and make sure you are able to write a second fic within that time.
