what's a beta reader?
A beta reader critics a writer's work by helping improve the grammar, spelling, characterizations and its plotline. He/She will provide a constructive advice on potential loopholes and some other aspect of your work that you may lack in. A beta reader will most likely offer fic ideas, technical writing advices and encouragement!
some rules
🍑For betas:
*Please be sure that you have enough time in your hands to work with the writer/s especially when the submission deadline for the final draft(October 10) is nearing.
*Please do not share to anyone any details about the fic you are beta-reading!
*In the sign-up form(link can be found below!), you will be asked about the timezone. Please refer to this list of timezones.
*Sign-ups will be open until the final draft submission deadline(October 10).
🍑For writers:
*It is not mandatory for writers to get a beta reader but we recommend that you befriend one! There's no harm in knowing an outsider's perspective about your work.
*You can use a beta reader(for example, a friend), not under the list of betas we have gathered.
*Details on how to claim a beta will be posted a week after the beta sign-up form has been made available.
*Beta archive will be released on June 25, 2017.
*Claiming of betas will be open until the final draft submission deadline(October 10).
