Just wanted to mark down in time when I started this book. Recommended to me by my therapist, G. Edward Bryan, it's supposed to be one of the best Cognative Behavioral Therapy (CBT) books out there momentarily. So I'll be reading through it over the next couple of weeks and perhaps posting about it in here as well? For my own personal gain? Well it can't hurt to document things, I think. Anyways, I should mention the book...
The Feeling Good Handbook by David D. Burns, M.D.
Picked it up at the local B&N for $20.
