so yes, i appologize to all, and especially tanner for my complete lack of doing anything this weekend, despite the fact that i said i mightbe able to.... depending on if i got a car.
well, as luck would have it, i did get a car, sadly this happened today, so that doing things on friday was out of the question.
dad and i are doing really well, on thursday mom gave him devorce papers, so we spent the rest of thursday watching movies and talking. then on friday we drove around a bunch looking at vehicles, none were found. then friday night we went to a bar in issaquah, that was pretty cool. i had alligator gumbo. so tastey. then this morning we left again to look for cars, less driving around, we actually only went to two places, the second one had the car we were the most interested in, and eventually purchased for $1700. My fancy new 1995 ford escort sedan. great running car, the exterior is a little rough, but not bad, and the interior is flawless. sadly.... its purple. FUCK YOU ALL. i dont care, i kinda like it. but yeah, me and dad and doing really well, planning fishing trips and so forth for the first time in 2-3 years. so much joking around and enjoying eachothers company. but sadly, it was easy to tell what was on his mind the most. Mom. he loves her, he doesnt want her to leave. things have been rough the last year or so, but everything should be all better within the new year. hes planning on working on the house, building an addition and all that fancyness. talking about getting cable, and cable internet. which is crazy. so yeah, i have a father again, go me, and a car!
