They're still multiplying.

[No he hadn't heard of him, which didn't mean much considering the amount of people that he'd seen on the beach on that first night. He takes the name at face value, a name was just a composition of letters used for identification, his own was an alias after all.]

I can move through flight. [Not that he himself could fly, considering it was his drawings that did the actual flying.]

Can people not fly from where you come from?

[An hour later, after his investigation of the tunnels, Sai saw the message. It took him a few moments to press the series of buttons that allowed him to view the message.]

[The sounds of fighting caught his attention more than the words.]

[Quickly he viewed the time the message was sent.]

[By the time he responds, Gaara is off exploring a different area.

He glances down at the device and slants a slight nod at the other ninja.] The assaults are constant. The only time the creatures seem to avoid contact, is when the residents are indoors.

[Brief pause.]

Was anyone injured?

There have been some injuries, but the creatures are slow, and most people have managed to avoid them.
