So much art in Seattle

Recently, due to the influence of a new friend, I've been going to a lot more shows and events in Seattle. I'm really quite blown away with the range and scope, and VOLUME of work happening in Seattle at any given time. And this is just the small amount of musicians and event spaces I'm following. There is a vast world of hip-hop, mainstream rock, blues and traditional jazz that I'm not even following. Most nights there is something to do at at least two venues. Places like the Josephine, The In, Space, Gallery 1412, Teatro de la Psychomachia, The Black Lodge, all non-profit, pay-what-you-can, usually all ages, or at least 'you look like you know what you're doing'. And the musicians and groups, and collectives. Hollow Earth Radio, Liquor Stick, Karnak Temples, Joy Von Spain, Horcrvx, Thunder Grey Pilgrim, Midday Veil, Blue Sabbath Black Cheer, My Posse Don't Do Homework, Lube Fondue, Pulling Out the Lights, Don Knott, Tempered Steel, Elk Rider, Quiet Things, Aurora Bridge, soooooooooooooooooo much.
