I am SICK AND TIRED of labels, and being judged. I hate it so effing much. I hate punk, I hate goth, I hate prep, I hate ravor, I uberly hate emo. LABELS SUCK MAJOR FUCKING ASS. God the world has fallen so hard that you can't like Fefe Dobson&SotY together anymore because "LIKE FEFE'S A POSER" and like "SOTY THE LIKE EMO" shut the fuck up with

Hallo. I hope you don't get mad that I reply to this, I just found it really interesting and I'd like to share my opinion. Please don't..kill me or anything. >_>;

I agree that labels suck. *chuckles* That's the whole theme of my band, Under Current Label. And really, it is impossible to fit everyone into a certain genre. Every single person in the whole entire world is different. Therefore you can't be truely *grouped*.. =) Labels are just generalizations, and that's what sucks so much about them. I wear black because I like the color black. Not because of my religion, or my personal beliefs or values. Simply my fascination with that color. And I adore pink. I have pink converse shoes, and practically half my wardrobe is pink. It goes so well with black. *grins*

In the first paragraph you state that people dress certain ways because they are "posers" and stating that someone is a "poser" is, in fact, labeling them. (Not to mention your description of "goth" people in the first paragraph, and the idea about their attire screaming "LABEL ME"..) And in the second paragraph you state that you have nowhere to fit in, and that labels suck and people aren't meant to be labeled. But. You're upset because you don't have a label to fit under. And that's understandable because that's the way society works. All you've got to think about is how you feel, and be yourself. That is truely all that matters and all that will ever matter. Let them stare when you go into Hot Topic wearing blue jeans and a t-shirt. *chuckles* Happens to me all the time. It's about what you like, not them. ^_^ Be happy.

And here's 3 questions for you. I know you don't know me at all, but now you do. Kind of. *laughs* My name is Ashley, I'm 17, a college student, blah blah. Boring as they come I suppose. Wow wow wow. You are so effing awesome. Haha I heart you like whoa<333. I totally agree with what you said, and I know calling people posers is labeling them. I was just trying to prove a point. I don't make much sense when I'm angry lol. Oh and why would I keel you for replying to my post? LOL that 'tis why I posted it public. I wanted people to not only know how I feel but to see what other people thought and whatnot *snorts*.

I went into web deisgn way back in like 2000. On AOL's hometown HAHA
2. What are your favorite fandoms/bands/animes (if you like anime)?
Dammit I can't effing remember what a fandom is LOL. Erm, erm erm. Okay DAMMIT I'll have to come back to that heh. My favorite bands are The White Stripes, NFG, Yellowcard, Hoobastank, Sugarcult, Cream, The Beatles, Led Zepplin, The Who, and SOTY. I'm not really into Anime. I always try to get into it but I never understand it. I also miss like really important stuff, hhaha
3. What is your band's style?
My band is sort of "punk rock" even though I don't like to say that, lol. We dress like it, if you know what I mean. But we don't just play rock songs. We play Fefe Dobson too. LOL don't ask I heart her. We also learned one Avril song. I didn't really like singing her songs though...

And about your questions. Fandoms. What you are a fan of. Typically Lord Of The Rings, Harry Potter, Pirates Of The Carribean..things like that. *nods* You like the same bands that I like. Well a lot of them. *chuckles* I like heavier and lighter stuff too. I'm one of those people who likes all types of music. Except rap. And some country can be tolerated. ^_^ (Yes, I even like bluegrass and classical. Especially classical.) And my band is rock/alternative styled. The punk rock scene is alright. But me and the members of my band like to play more classically expressive. *smiles* We speak more through the lyrics than our music, I guess is what I'm trying to say. We might as well be poets. Good luck with your band though.
