He's got the whole world in his hands. He's got the whole world in his hands. He's got the sun and the rain in His hands. He's got the moon and the stars in His hands, He's got the wind and the clouds in His hands, He's got the whole world in His hands.
He's got the rivers and the mountains in His hands, He's got the oceans and the seas in His hands,
He's got you and he's got me in His hands, He's got the whole world in His hands."
So it has begun, Sunnydale has ceased to exist and the survivors have come here. Angel warned me they were coming, yet I didn't expect to see them so soon. Avoiding them has become a chore, as they frequently get lost in the firm and appear in places which make no sense. At least Cordelia isn't about to confront me with my behavior. In fact, nobody seems to have taken any special notice in my actions. As long as I complete the research requested from my department, there is no reason for anyone to come and find me. Research is quite easy these days with the library at the firm. I've become nothing more then a glorified librarian.
Perhaps I've been corrupted already. Perhaps I just need to get out of this building, get some air. Find an evil fiend and slash it to bits. In any event, getting out for a while seems a good idea. Perhaps a walk along the docks. Anyplace where I won't be confronted with slayers or Lilah would do just fine.
