Unexpected day off is... not so unexpected after all, I suppose
Overstaffing strikes again and results in me having to take a mandatory day off. I like days off, so this in itself is not so very bad, really. The fact that I need to use my saved vacation time to make up the lost hours is not so great, however. And I do need those hours given that I recently bought plane tickets for France for my vacation in June and would really rather like to, you know, be able to pay for the purchase.
On a positive note, this not being a day I'd planned to have off, I don't have any appointments or planned errands to run, so more time for reading fic - Yay!
