Feeling fit

Last Thursday went for 4.5 mile walk with the U3A and since then I've been feeling fighting fit and back to normal. It's so, so, lovely to feel good about myself again. Went back on a diet yesterday - only 10 weeks and two days to Meg's big day so I hope to lose some of this excess flab. Only two weeks to my fitting for my outfit though so I must try very, very hard this coming 14 days!

Apart from last Thursdays walk, have gone on a shorter walk with Tim at the weekend (to see the bluebells which were a truly gorgeous sight) danced three times, Saturday, Sunday and Monday, fenced once, played tennis once and done some Step Aerobics once. Hope to get to Redhill again tonight.
