Exit, Stage Left
After some consideration, I've decided to migrate my blogging activity to my own site.
I want something a bit sexier than LiveJournal.
I find that the LJ platform and interface just don't inspire me to post much.
Getting images or other media on means uploading to Photobucket and linking, which is a pain.
I've set up a wordpress-powered blog on my site, where I can upload things to the blog easily and display them with some style.
I used wordpress for my thesis blog and really liked it.
LJ does have some advantages, mainly the privacy settings and communities...but I never use those anymore.
For anyone who cares to follow my further (mis)adventures, bookmark the new hotness (or add the RSS to your feed reader of choice).
Since I can only read your "friends only" posts when I'm logged in here, I'll be checking back frequently.
This, however, is probably my last LJ post.
