best. birthday. ever.
So I forgot to mention how wonderful my birthday actually was.
I got satellite navigation for my car, so now I won't stress out when I'm driving!
Liz made me the most beautiful cupcakes I have ever seen in my life, Brendan bought me pet snails, even though one of them is dead already, and Ben gave me a lovely CD after helping me frantically pop the 20 some balloons my mother had hidden in my car. I went home and got coffee.
By the way, the weather was perfect. My favourite, sunny, 76 degrees.
I talked myself out of buying a designer handbag, and I bought a bracelet instead, and saved $100 on a pair of shoes as a result of buying the bracelet.
I had dinner at Maggiano's with some old friends who I miss seeing all the time! We left around midnight, and I had to drive my mother home. On the toll road, there was a wreck two cars in front of me, where a car did a complete 360 in the middle of the road. I actually had to dodge the scattered car parts, and became quite proud of myself!
Today, I sang at the Education Foundation Gala. My mom showed up halfway through, but she looked really really lovely, so I didn't care that much. Later, I was a "mallrat" and went to IHOP and the park, even though it was freezing.
Tomorrow I have a practice SAT, senior pictures, work, and homework!
