no matter how attractive i may be to the "english," there are thousands of amish boys my age who refuse to even look in my direction. i find it puzzling and a relief.
maybe if i were as classy as a strip joint "employee", the simple folk would stop and stare...because "different" is only worth risking for if it is decadent and against everything they have been taught.
