I've come up with a culinary concept which I shall be attempting this weekend for J's birthday cake. If it works as it has the potential t be one of the nummiest foods ever created by the hand of man. If it fails I'll have very little time to whip up a replacement cake and will have wasted money on not-overly-cheap ingredients. I'm nervous and can't quite get my head around the flavours I should be using and what to use to make it work best. Erk, nervous chef, nervous chef!

Just had to vent that somewhere :-D
