Finally added my receipts for most of this month. I spent so much money this month, mostly with going into Tokyo everyday for a week and going to Disneyland, but I don't regret any of it!!!! It was so much fun just doing whatever for a week, though it was hot! Really, I swear it got into the upper 80's that week, I got a sunburn on my head, my head!
Though this past week, spent like Sunday-Thursday doing mostly nothing in free time. Though it got cooler. Finally got my new visa application submitted. Gah, that took too much freaking time. It'd be nice if the people I worked for went and made sure I had everything I needed before we got and submit an application, nothing like having to all the way out to Immigration just to have come back again because I'm missing stuff. Also, random note, this weekend, really shitty cold rain, it feels like home! <3
In other news, I really hope I pass level 2 this year, I want to branch out and find some other jobs, I'm even going to look into stuff back into the states, but I feel like I can only get something decent if I have at least level 2. As much as I like this atmosphere of the Junior High I'm at, I realize I hate how much free time I have there. I'm also afraid of having to do the elementary school. Mostly because no ones told me anything about it. It totally sucks. Like, some of my managers have said that I should make some sort of photo collage for the teachers that we could use for an introduction. Well, considering that I've been here for a year already, and my past job was at school where I mostly taught adults, I have nothing from America, plus, Vista fucked over the photo DVD I made, and so far it seems inaccessible, and when I tell them that, they're like....."Can you get something from home?" Yeah, I'm going to ask my family to what, take pictures of my house and my room? Yeah, that's a good way to introduce myself. *sigh*
At least I know most of the Junior High kids kind of like me. I adore two of the student I'm working with for the speech contest, and I constantly get "KAWAIIIIIIIIII~!!!!!11" from students ask I walk by. Really, it happens, every time. And then when they realize I understand them and get embarrassed, they do it more, and louder. The brats. XP~
Maybe when I can actually remembered what happened during my vacation I'll post something coherent about it.
Also, one of these days, I would love to make a post about how a boy band consumes my soul and I'm okay with it. But, I have feeling it would take hours to document how totally awesome they are. Really, they are. So, yeah, someday.
I also really, really want to watch Utena again. Like srsly. This also lead to the urge to re-watch Tutu. Considering I actually own Tutu, I may do just that. Probably on Monday. Once I mail of test application and pay some stoopid bills.
