Life Update, kind of, sort of....
Okay, so, I'm still looking for a job, though things are looking up, I have an interview on Monday in Tokyo, for a posistion that is in Nagano, and, hopefully I can get another interview for a job in Saitama soon. Both posistions are for being an assitant English teacher in public schools. While I was hoping to get away from teaching, it's kind of hard to, for example, get your Japanese up when your work hours suck major ass. (some of this my own fault, because while I had time, I was doing other things, but I will say that some of it was spent acutally being social, and other time was spent doing nothing in order to perserve my sanity.) There's a possibility of me getting a job that starts in August, meaning that I would be coming back to the U.S., but I am not making any promises as I don't have another job right now.
As for the job I have right now, I'm so glad I'm leaving, it's sad because I love the area, hell my crappy apartment has gained lots of perk points by being ridicously close to an awesome rental shop. But, as an example, on Wednesdays I'm now teaching from 4PM to 9:30PM straight, with only about ten minutes breaks in between. This sucks, as it means I'm starving. Yeah, there's a lot of crap going on...yeah.....;_;
So, I do have a interview on Monday for the job in Nagano, and I might be going down on Sunday, just so I'm not getting up early on Monday, andmaybepossiblytogobuyArashiconcertgoodseventhoughI'mnotgoingtotheconcert. Yeah, go, go, outside selling of goods.
In other news, I really, really, really need to clean my apartment, but it's just not happening. My weak, weak will keeps getting distracting by shiny videos of Arashi on youtube and veoh. I am SOOOOO weak for silly, pretty boys. ;_;
