Just a bit a of emo, sorry.
You know, as much as I wish I didn't have kids classes because I hate planning for them, I really love them for one thing.
The kids don't complain, I mean, yes, they may hate doing an activeity but they won't complain about me and what I do "wrong".
Really, the one thing I hate is how I can't get excited in my classes, because if I do, then the students won't get to talk, apparently. Even though it's a pain getting them to talk sometimes. But then, it seems that I'm not "connecting" with them. >.< Gah..........even though, you know, I had to start teaching all of them with like no time for introductions, so what do you expect?
I know it's been months since I came here, but really, I have NO EXPERIENCE, and no one's teaching me anything, all they do is have me observe classes, but that doesn't help me. I can't just watch a class and go like, okay, I need to do this this and this. I need someone to sit me down and tell me what to do. Of course, even if I tell them this it won't help anything. *sigh* Well, since a lot of my company classes are starting a new term I'm going to start with introductions and maybe just flat out ask them what they want to do. LOL, that'll show them.
Anyways, I'm going to Tokyo tomorrow afternoon for the three day weekend. I'm going to speed clean my apartment tonight and tomorrow. Saving organizing my recycling and stuff for before work on Mon.-Wed. I hope to get the fish tank cleaned tomorrow, if not. Next weekend, poor fish. I also need to organize my closet and stuff too. But if I want to get a Halloween costume, this is the best weekend to do it. Also need to get an account made so I can send money home to pay for student loans...gah.
I really hope they get a new teacher soon, because I'm starting to get burned out by all the work I have. Heck, I can honestly tell them I need less overtime so I have time to prepare my classes and better teach them. That's it, I'll say a lot of my classes would go smoother if I had adequate prep. time. I say as I use the work computer. >.
