Dearest KK.....

I've been meaning to reply to your PM, I'm so sorry. You are always so kind.

Yes, stretching really helps, I can already feel the difference in my posture, my torso is now usually very straight whether I'm sitting or walking.

It was a phase... although it may creep back when I'm least expecting it.
But during this ordeal, I confirmed something, which I'd suspected all along. And it's that people, generally speaking, eat way too much. GACKT once said that it's better if you're always just a little hungry, and you know he only eats one big meal a day. I don't think I'll follow suit, but I do agree with him about being just a little hungry. :3

Hahaha, I envy you for being able to enjoy alcohol like that. I can't drink alcohol (I don't get drunk, I just pass out), but it must be nice to get drunk...or not? lol

Hmmm, 香住鶴 (Kasumizuru)... Looks like it's made in Hyogo Prefecture.
Was it good? ^^
Thank you, I think your good wishes for me are working.

Oh, btw, I thought of a Haiku while I was relaxing in the Jacuzzi. Well, actually I thought of a couple of them... And I always think I'd post them over 'there', but then I come home and forget them... lol

Ha - your comment on haiku_daily reminded me that you'd said that you had thought of some haiku ideas/lines so I came back here to remind myself!

The sake is good, thank you. It has quite a high milling ratio and a nice, clean finish therefore (which is my preference).

I do agree that many people in our (greedy, affluent, indulgent) part of the world do eat far too much food. My co-workers in the office eat recreationally - as a hobby or pastime, not because they are hungry; I find this very weird but I suppose a lot of our advertizing encourages it.

Actually, this period of the Christian year (Lent, more or less the 40 days before Easter) is a time of fasting but few people observe that now. The West does not seem to regard fasting as a significant practice any more which is a great shame; our appetites are allowed run riot as if they were poorly disciplined children, instead of being within our own control (which would surely be better).

Anyway, do post any further haiku thoughts that the jacuzzi may bring you!
