I'm interested in Tai Chi incorporated in martial art! I'd love to try it. There's actually a separate class just for Tai Chi, so maybe I'll try that sometime... :3
I think that I can say that T'ai Chi is actually a martial art by itself ;) Every movement you do is connected to a defense/attack technique ^w^ And that's how I'm trying to memorize every movement of the first form I'm doing XD If you'll try it, lemme know your thoughts about it :D
me too x'D but every movement (or group of movements) has a name (Chinese name, so I don't have the slightest clue, for now, of what the master is saying LOL) and after a couple of months, your body will start moving on its own ;) for now we're still moving watching the master's movements (ignoring all the body's axis and yin yang approach to it xD), so it kinda looks like an horror movie xD
yup, like trying to watch the master turning your head a lot more than you should XD
That made me think of MJ's Thriller, for some reason... yeah... we also look like that at some point X'DDD (I have to ask the gym owner to put it one while we're doing T'ai Chi LMAO)
You got me curious about this "Body Flow" :D (I already do T'ai Chi in a martial way, but this looks interesting :D)
rest well~~~ :D
