(no subject)
so, madokas never home, because of school stff i guess? she leaves before i get up and doesnt usually get back until around 9. i havent really even had a conversation with her. she just kinda ingnores me >.<
the school that she goes to apparently is really hard academically but doesnt have any dress code rules or anything so thats why people go- she has dyed hair and earrings and wears just everyday clothes to school, so im kinda happy that i go to a different school cuz i want a uniform >.>
but thats fine, i get to spend most of every day with mei and jun cuz their school doesnt start until monday. theyre both super cute. yesterday they invaded my room and we played dressup with all my jewelry and took pictures of them all decked out like kandikids. it was really fun. weve also been playing board games and wii.
yesterday morning was my first time going to school alone. i was really proud of myself not getting lost on the way XD
i was wearing a uniform shirt of madokas, but this weird kind of balloon skirt that wasnt really like everyone elses pleated sailor skirts. there were a ton of Kamako kids walking up to the school at the same time as me.
first thing was i went to the teachers room, which is reallly huge, and gave my speech (which was short but embarrasing cuz i hadnt memorized it)
then me and the lady in charge of exchange students- Ms Tsubaki went outside where all the students were going to the pe field for emergency drill practice. there were a lot of people with dyed hair actually.
all the kids stared at me as they walked past, and then after the principal spoke i had to give my speech again, in japanese, with a mic, in front of the whole school. it was really kinda scary >.<
then after that, ms Tsubaki took me on a tour of the school. its pretty big. the students were all cleaning the school.\, getting it ready for the new term. a lot of people waved or said `hallo` to me while we were a\walking around, and a group of girls actually came up and introduced themselves. i was really happy- i hadnt expected anyone to be so friendly.
the schedule is really complicated- every day you have a different order of classes. i have 12 subjects in all.
theres two differet weeks- a week and b week, and depending on which week it is you have different classes. i have pe twice a week, home ec and art once. i have both english and english grammar >.<
also health, computers, geography, math, chemistry, japanese, integrated studies, and probably something else that i forgot.
im going in next wednesday to meet the teachers, and then thursday to get my extbooks, and then friday, which is a half day, will be my first really day of school.
>.< i haveto go now- me and mei and jun are going to the fabric store and im gonna help them make bags and skirts~
