SSHG EXCHANGE WRAP UP/TIMELINE ANNOUNCEMENT.

You may (or may not) have noticed that the mods over at sshg_exchange have posted the last entry for this last round of the exchange.

What does this mean for exchange_bingo ?
***It means that you have until Tuesday December 6, Midnight (EST, New York USA) to get in your reviewer/sock puppet nominations AND your guesses for the Author/Artist Guessing Game
***It means that you have THREE WEEKS (ish) from today to get ALL of your bingo claims in.
Where do you submit claims? Here on the THE PRIZE ENTRY. Please follow guidelines precisely, as it both expedites the process and makes it easier on the Mod Squad.
Do not make the Mod Squad unhappy.
Also, if you have the following names on any of your unclaimed cards, please fill that spot with a review of a community gift (which one is up to you - but do not use the same review for two or more names. One community gift review= one name, another community gift review= second name, and so on.):

December 6, 2011 (midnight, East coast, USA time) - Last day to nominee reviewers/socks and last day to play the guessing game
December 23, 2011 (midnight, Pacific coast, USA time) - Last day to claim bingos - First, last or otherwise.
December 26 2011 - Jan 9 2012 : Notification of prize winners, including the wait listed winners.
Jan 9 2011 - April 9 2012 : Prize making period. Including delivery thereof.
April 10, 2012 second sshg_exchange round of exchange bingo COMPLETED ; mod squad takes a well-deserved break. ~with jazz hands~.
