despite a flat tire on my mom's car, a delayed flight that made a connection in las vegas impossible, a warp-speed shuttle ride from san jose to san francisco, a discovery that the gate agent had also put me on a new flight to ithaca that left philadelphia BEFORE the flight from san francisco got there, and a 100% certainty that my luggage would not make it here when i did,

i am back.
