Red Robin’s Sautéed 'Shroom Burger

Despite the fact that it was a little pink on the inside the meat tasted a little dry. How is that possible?

Other than that I thought this was a magnificent burger! The flavors of the garlic, Parmesan and Swiss cheese blended really well together!

I believe I ate this during a time I was on a Mushroom Burger fix. Any burger restaurant that I would have gone to I would've tried their Mushroom Burger if they have it. I'm so glad Red Robin passes overall!
