General Update...
- Still working, which is good. It's a little cheaper right now with lower gas prices but I'm not holding my breath they will last.
- Decent weekend in North Conway, NH, last week. Always love visiting the area and going up Mount Washington. This trip the view was pretty decent. Will post pics later. My parents came up for this one, along with my brother and his wife, my brother's inlaws (Mom/Dad) and my cousin Fred from The Netherlands. No-one killed each other. Tip was deemed a success overall. :)
- Two weeks till our "southern" vacation. Kinda bummed some of our friends have pulled out of IC09 for various reasons but will soldier on cause there will be others there I am looking forward to. Frankly, it seems I'm going less for the conference and more for the social. It looks like I won't be at the annual board meeting for the first time since 2001 so unless I get yanked in some other way I'll actually have my Friday free for the first time. And apart from the guest that is coming in (astronaut Fred Haise) I'm not too sure what else is going to interest me that weekend. Nothing to do with the IC committee, just me. Oh well, going to enjoy the people and go from there.
Also looking forward to spending times with my inlaws in Virgina and my mother-in-law in Tennessee (yea, never figured the male population thought someone would say they are looking *forward* to seeing their mother-in-law, didn't you? :) ).
- Joined a gym! Figured I needed to do something about this body of mine. Susan is doing the classes (when she's not sick, like she seems to be this week) along with general works-outs, and I'm doing general work-outs and have started to attend Yoga class. Hope this will help my general health overall.
And that's about it as far as I can think of.
