Hello.

[...]

Hello, Discedo. My name is... You can call me Q.

I was told that you could all hear me, a little while ago. And I learned some things. About what has happened to you, and what has happened to this city.

But I want to know more. I want to know everything. About you, and your home worlds. Please tell me...

Who are you?

We... could hear you...?

A lot has happened in Discedo, but I'm not too sure why it's in ruin, if that is what you wish to know, Miss.

Excuse me for being rude. My name is Cube. What is your name, Miss?

[ooc: He was a dog before so he doesn't know about the transmissions, fff. Sorry he is out of the "loop"]

Oh no. I know what has happened here... To the city itself. I'm more curious about the people living here now.

Hello, Mr. Cube. You can call me Q.

Y-You do?! H-how...?

It's a pleasure to meet you Miss Q. You did say that... I'm sorry. It's a force of habit, I suppose.

I know some people have been here for over a year... I, myself, have only been here for about seven months... all together. I work as Dr. Eirin Yagokoro's assistant, along with Miss Reisen at the hospital.

Before coming here, I lived in the Human World with the Master and Mistress... she was just about to get married and become princess, too.

So, what's Miss Q's world like?

I see... Seven months. And people have been here that long. I wonder when they first began to arrive...

"Human World". Is it like Fortuna? In a broad sense.

Oh. I'm from this city, Mr. Cube. Originally.

I never thought to ask... I wonder if anyone knows.

I'm not sure about this World, Miss Q. I only know about this city and based on Discedo, no. My world has many worlds or dimensions within it. There is the Human World, where humans are the dominant species, the Spirit World, where spirits linger and the Spirit King resides, the Fairy world, where the Fairy King takes residence and fairies call home to, the Celestial World, where angels and their Ruler, The King of Heaven, lives... then there is the Demon World, where Satan-sama rules and demons do his bidding.

Discedo is just one world... and there doesn't seem to be anyway to connect to other worlds...

Y-You are?!

How did you come back? D-Did you come from outside the City, Miss Q? Do you know how long it's been in ruin or do you know the "scientists?" Are you here to help us?!

It sounds like you come from a complicated place...

Yes, I came from outside. In my car. Then monsters came, and some of the residents here helped me. Atropos first struck about three years ago; no, I don't know the scientists.

And if I could help you all, believe me, it would the first thing I'd do.

Oh, it's not too complicated... but I'm used to it, I suppose.

[He smiles, glad]
I'm glad you're alright. Some of the residents here are pretty rude but others are very kind... I'm glad someone decent found you. Have you eaten, Miss Q? There is a soup kitchen in the High School and Mr. Shinjiro runs the Northern Lights Bar... which is also a source for meals... and Miss Alpha, my roommate, she just opened a Cafe right next to the Bar but you shouldn't go alone... there are monsters in the city as well.

W-what first struck? [And why does that name sound familiar...?] Also, if the city has been in bad shape since then... people here couldn't have started arriving from other worlds for more than that, right?

W-well... I've never met one, or have spoken with one but... they've brought us here and give us things once in a while and even revive us when we die... so I hope they're not all too bad. I think they just wish for us to help them, somehow...

Thank you, Miss Q. Staying safe and healthy would be a wonderful start.

[WAIT. What. Forget about all that other stuff, you're quite talkative, but,]

They revive the dead?

[He has become accustom to that being normal by now, he hadn't thought about what he was saying.]

Y-yes... I- ... I was murdered here by another resident a few months ago... I awoke in the hospital without any injuries or scars... and with my memory of the murder in tact.

I was rather surprised, myself, when I first arrived. It is one of the first things I was told. I didn't believe it until... people started appearing at the hospital.... and then one of my dearest friends died of an infection but he awoke the next day as if nothing happened, except he knew he died.

I'm surprised no one has told you. Has anyone told you about the chip devices in our bodies?

...No, no-one has told me any of this.

If you could explain everything you know about the subject, Mr. Cube, it would be very much appreciated.

He... talks... too... muuuch. >_< loyal_cube December 29 2009, 01:53:13 UTC
Certainly, Miss Q. I don't see why no one has mentioned it since it's such a burden to deal with...

When we first arrive, one of the most noticeable things are any magic or "powers", as some people call them, are suppressed and can't be accessed due to these small technological chip devices placed in our bodies.

In the past, our doctors at the hospital have found the locations of these chip devices and have learned how to remove them, most times with little casualties... except for a while people were contracting infections... bu-but normally that doesn't happen...Once the chip device is removed, one may experience flu-like or food poisoning-like symptoms that last a couple days. Our "powers" and magic return but it's a bit weird at first. I couldn't control the summoning circle I cast when I had mine removed... nor could I control my other spells very well but it took about two to three weeks to settle down ( ... )

Why did you return, Miss Q?

Also, where did you used to live in this city?

How old are you?
