Guitar lesson was good last night. Instructor thinks I need a better guitar. I agree. Instructor thinks I should get, like, a Martin. I tend not to agree. I mean, yeah, I'm getting a raise, but dang!

I have been utterly remiss in pimping my guitar recital this time around, because (a) I have been so busy I haven't really been focusing on it and (b) it is at the end of the long Thanksgiving weekend. So, yes, I do have a recital this Sunday, at 4 p.m.; no, I don't expect people to haul their butts to it. You guys have been very supportive as I've gone through these things but I don't want people to feel obligated. It's in the usual place if folks want to come, let me know if you're interested and I can give you more details. My folks will be there, of course, and we will be going to Victoria's afterward. You are more than welcome to join us if you come along, though my parents won't be buying your dinner. =)

Leavin' work early today. Because we decided just this morning to celebrate my father's birthday tomorrow. What happened to planning ahead, people? Yike.

Lord, hostage drama. It was pretty well-done hostage drama, because it's House, but still, it was hostage drama. Fortunately the DVR realized it was 8 minutes longer than usual this week. That's about all I've got right now, kinda sleepy.
