Welcome
Much ado about my trip to D.C. It was really fun and really tiring at the same time, I was in a group of 44 art students I didn’t really know, but they were nice.
So much walking was done! I probably lost about 5 pounds. We walked everywhere, the capital, Air & space museum, Lincoln, Vietnam, Jefferson and other memorials, I got to see the outside of the white house, and a bunch of art museums! The only dreadful thing was, every time I went through a metal detector, the security made me take my boots off cause they had metal in them x_z ughhh. Though, I loved riding the Metro a.k.a subway that was one of he best parts. There was this one park we went to that there were fireflies out. Yesh! Very squishy bugs indeed, but very cute.
The only thing I wish I would have done was, bring my sketchbook on the trip x_o it really sucked not bring able to work on anything for 3 days. And I was very odd for me to look at trees without lizards. I missed my little baby lizzies so much! All I found were squirrels & birds. BLAH. My mom said that Boogie (My iguana) didnt eat much while I was gone, aww ;_; poor thing, He missed me.
Everything was really expensive there too, I went with at least 120$ and came home with 21$. Lol.

Im sooo happy I dont have to get up at 7:00 anymore, for school or the trip. It kinda sucked but it was alright. School ended about a week ago. But now its back down to buisness for me. which is, drawing non-stop. So my sketchbook closes today, and im starting a brand new one =D
