[Well, isn't that something? It seems someone's popped up in front of the carousel, face-down on the ground. It takes a moment, but he manages to push himself to his feet with ease (and a bit of a groan). Of course, he notices right away that this isn't the Island. ...Not even close.]

[He takes a few steps forward, still looking around. He seems to be taking things pretty well, all things considered-- looks fascinated, if anything.
And soon enough he finds the device. When he picks it up the view's a bit shaky while he looks it over, but once he's done it's focused directly on him.]
