I just signed up for lj_nanowrimo because they'll donate $1 if I complete my story.
There are currently 2,477 members... I assume less than half will hit their 50,000 word limit, but it will still be a bit of money donated to the Young Writer's Program which I fully believe in.
Holy crap! Seventeen more days of freedom and then I'm chained to Scrivener until I finish my second novel.
