P.O.D. stuff!
Oh man yesterday was amazing... last night an official P.O.D. e-mail was sent out, and it was a big deal e-mail because the album came out today. It's also a fairly large e-mail list; out of the Warner Brothers' label they have the second-largest e-mail list (second to Metallica) with 200,000+ subscribers (as of several months ago).
At the very bottom of the e-mail it said "Oh and one last thing... gotta love when one of our Warriors gets a birthday cake like this!!" AND THEY HAD A PICTURE OF MY CAKE!!!!
And then a few hours later the guys were on a nationally syndicated rock radio show called Rockline and I called in... and I talked to them on the air! I asked them about Wuv & Sonny's reggae side project. So I was famous twice in the P.O.D. world yesterday, heheh.
And the new album is A M A Z I N G!!! It is so different, so different. My boys have done it again. I'm so proud!
They're like, "Heck yes we know we're the best band in the world and we make AMAZING music!"
