This tutorial is rather overdue, I'm sorry, I got sidetracked for a bit after my last icon post with lots of other things :'D And I'm really sorry that some of you who requested tuts earlier haven't seen anything yet; that's because you made requests on posts older than my #004 and I have no idea where the .psd's went D: Can't find them for beans,

Which I'm pretty happy with, so thank you again! ♥ Also, about the color blocks; I think it's really up to you! They've come in handy for me sometimes, when, for some reason, the color code was different then the actual color that was used, but overall I don't use them too much. orz I'm sorry, this isn't helping very much. But er, good luck, whatever you decide to do!
