Using PSP10, we'll be making
This tutorial includes Color Balance, but is otherwise translatable.

01 Start with your base. Here's my base.
02 Duplicate your base bring it to the top. Set the layer to screen 70%.
03 Duplicate your base bring it to the top. Desaturate the layer and set it to softlight 100%.
04 Make a new layer and fill it with #2cf2ee. Set the layer to burn 50%.
05 Make a new layer and fill it with #fcaab0. Set the layer to burn 100%.
06 Make a new Hue/Saturation/Lightness... adjustment layer, and set master saturation to 40.
07 Make a new Color Balance adjustment layer, and input these values: Midtones: 0 0 60 (Perserve luminance is checked)
08 Make a new layer and fill it with #ffffff. Set the layer to screen 15%.
09 Make a new Brightness/Contrast... adjustment layer, and set both brightness and contrast to 10.
