There's only today...
So on Saturday night I went with a group to Rent. Holy moly. I LOVED it. It was SO GOOD. I bought the DVD off ebay.. hahaha... ohhh dear. Anyway, yes. I'm listening to the soundtrack right now. Soooo good. I'm such a nerd. Hahhaa...
Okay guys. So. I auditioned for an opera festival in Rome. And my voice teacher talked to the director today... and... he thinks I have a good chance of getting a supporting or lead!!!! How AMAZING would that be? I would die of happiness. I'm not sure if I'd actually go though. I really should work during the summer, and more than that, I want to be home with everyone! I want to go on my family vacation. I want to live in a house, and have a car at my constant disposal, and be a bum. But at the same time, the fest is only a month (July), so I'd be home in June and August. And it would give me life experience in opera, which is what I want to do. I'd get to go to another country, learn another language, be immersed in an awesome culture. Ugh. I don't know. Anyway, I'm SURE I won't get in in the first place. My teacher probably just misconstrued whatever it was that the director said. Yikes. I don't know. I find out beginning of March, so super soon. Gaahhh... yikes.
Not much else is neeewwww.... Just waiting for spring break. I can't wait to go home and see the new house and unpack my room and see my friends and family and my doggies. 25 days! Yay!
