Oh, you should. It’s very well done. So far, I’ve liked season 1 the best (and the movie is awesome, of course), but season 3 is shaping up to be really great. I never watch things “live,” so I’m behind everyone who’s already seen it. Luckily I haven’t read any spoilers. Can’t wait to see what happens next!
On a serious note, I am glad he thanked Eve. And acknowledge that she stood by him all these years. I hope they can find their way back together. 23 years and 4 kids should not be tossed aside for... well, I'll leave it at that. xx
I agree with you. I was completely shocked when I heard they had split; I never dreamed that would happen. Ewan has always seemed so... what do I want to say? Anti-Hollywood, or something, when it comes to marriage and relationships. Do you know what I mean? Anyway, I didn’t listen to his speech but did read that he thanked Eve, which I was happy about. She certainly has supported him through a heck of a lot over the years.
And now he’s won a Critic’s Choice award too. I’m really happy about the wins. I’m enjoying him on Fargo very much. He’s so good at making you sympathetic to the characters, even when they’re not especially nice people. He is a fine actor, you’re right. I think it’s rare that he gets the credit he deserves for that, so I’m very pleased with this current recognition.
I know, I agree with you. The split is such a shame, and was an absolute shock to me. I never expected that in a million years.
