Is anyone else concerned about the new bankruptcy laws?
First... they cultivate a system in which the average person is deeply in debt and in which filing for bankruptcy isn't uncommon. Much of the time people are pushed to bankruptcy because of the heinous medical bills we have due to the lack of socialized medecine in this country.
And now... the ability to escape debt is removed, dooming all of these people who are either unlucky enough or not rich enough to have to file to lives of official debt-slavery.
