At the noodle bar at the Gold Coast:
I was kinda disappointed this dish is not listed as "3 cups, 1 chicken."
Also annoying was that it was served on the bone but chopped into pieces. Even seemingly boneless chunks were liable to have surprise bone fragments in them when you bit down. The flavor was nice, but that made it somewhat of a pain to eat.
