If u were 8 in 1997, you'd be an adult now and you most likely would have grown up knowing only Britney Spears, The Backstreet Boys, reality television, September 11th, George Bush Jr., and 5 years of emergency spending for war. Not saying that my adolescence was much better, but it was better.
Things have shifted around so much during this past decade and everything feels so intangible and uncertain. Feels like the only thing left to do is to just grind out some kind of an existence for some kind of a reason.
