Today wasn't all that out of the ordinary...well I guess if you look at it, it kinda was. I picked up Avrie and William on the way to school(William's friends looked cold and very unhappy that he was getting a ride.) First period was band so we played Holst 1 for a little while before heading off to Hanby at 8:15 where we were stared at by glassy-eyed middle schoolers and made fun of by people in the front row. We had a blast though and I completely missed spanish class and part of pre-calculus. I walked into AP US and was greeted with the best before thanksgiving present ever, there at the desk stood a weasley-eyed lanky substitute. Mr.Schropp's wife's contractions turned out to not be a false alarm. So I spent most of my time reading Geography Club, well in fact, I spent the whole time reading that book.

At 10:50, Jake, Christine, Stephanie and I headed downstairs to band to get ready for the al lunch pep rally. we actually got to play In Caelum after I begged Pisano for nearly five minutes straight. Us responsible Chemistry students listened to Scali who allowed us to stay for two lunches on the ocndition that we'd return afterwards to finish our candle labs. Other people(like Jen Holloway) decided to blow off Scali's warning and got wrriten up for a cut thanks to Molly and I. I'm sorry but I don't think it's fair that she can get away with that, and Molly agreed with me wholeheartedly.

To continue.....

The candle lab was sort of bogus-taking basically no time at all, but because me and Richard are anal about everything and are very curious about other ways to determine causes and reactions of experiments, it did take a little while. We actually proved that it is possible for something to 'faill on fire'-a term Richard grew up using in Wisconsin. After school Raider reader was cancelled due to the fact that only three of us showed, so I lingere in the auditorium talking to Scali and Ms.Will.

Went up to Granite Run Mall and spent the rest of the evening hanging out with nicci. random pictures from today:
