[The camera feed starts up and Enkidu comes into view, but not all is right. He's bound in chains and furiously struggling against it, screaming in Sumerian and barking and growling. He's in focus for only a moment, the camera quickly shifts to Gilgamesh's face. He appears to be absolutely furious, his face contorted in a mix of total rage and

Well. She'd be happy if things never got that interesting again. Ever.
So life went on, and they all began to pick up the pieces. Life, as "usual" as it could be. And honestly, it was with relief that she went about her daily activities: training at the High School in the morning, work at the Northern Lights in the afternoon, seeing her friends at Gohl in between and spending time with the people she cared about. If she had to continue to be in this city, that was the best way for it.]
((ooc: basically she can run into him whereeeeeever he happens to be xDb))

Caladbolg was dragging on the ground and Dainsleif was loosely gripped in the other hand. He refuse to form a contract with Tohsaka unless she changed her attitude. His pride was too great.
It seems his luck was still strong, though, as someone came into view walking towards him. Gilgamesh stopped walking, standing in the middle of the street with his swords in hand and his douchebaggish smirk on his face. He recognized her, for sure.]

...But someone was standing in the middle of the street.
Wait-- really?
She slowed her pace, frowned a little in confusion as she approached. Who in the world--
Then she stopped. She recognized him, and not in a good way.]
What...the heck are you doing?
Reply
Heh, I was simply out for a stroll until my luck brought me something useful.

Useful, huh. And what would that be?
[Her hand moved to the hilt of her sword. This guy was usually just a creep, but she didn't know him that well and she had definitely never seen him fight... And after the last few times she'd gotten into trouble, she wasn't taking any chances.]

[Gilgamesh lunged at her with incredible speed, appearing to try and slash at her from the right. It was a feint, though, to allow him an opening to grab Umi with his left hand. That's all that he needed.]

[She knew the guy was trouble, but this was just too much! She had only barely recovered from the injuries sustained by Namine and Ace, but while she wasn't even close to full strength, speed was something she excelled at. She drew her sword and in one swift motion, blocked his attack and spun to avoid letting him get ahold of her. Whatever he needed from her, it probably wasn't good.]

Heh.
[Gilgamesh stood where Umi used to be, looking very relaxed about this whole business. He was still smiling.]
This will be much easier for the both of us if you simply stand still. I don't plan on killing you.
[Raising his sword just slightly, he approached Umi again.]

Easier, huh.
[She frowned, taking a defensive stance, waiting for whatever attack he had in mind. She might not have been in top condition, but whatever he wanted -- if he was gonna fight for it, it was definitely something that would end up bad for her. She couldn't make anyone else worry.]
Sorry to say, I'm not the kinda person who likes to make stuff easy!

[He stopped and raised his sword. He would have been a comfortable distance away, were this some kind of social meeting, but he was still easily within striking distance.]
I'll offer you a chance to drop your sword.

[Unfortunately for him, giving in is completely against her nature, and it's something that's gotten her into trouble before -- she knows it.
He was raising her sword...which meant she wouldn't be getting away from this. So she didn't move. But he wasn't a monster, and he wasn't attacking yet, so she didn't make a move. It wasn't a fight she wanted to start, just in case he was bluffing.]
Not if you're gonna be like this! If you want me, you'll be looking for a fight!

It won't be much of a fight.
[He was trying to avoid this, not because he would fear someone like UMI but simply because he didn't want to be expending more and more mana. Hopefully she would provide more mana than it would take to catch her.
Gilgamesh dashed forward again. His style was relentless. Total aggression and all out offense in a flurry of slashes. Incredible speed and strength went into every blow. He did not block attacks or attempt to lock blades with her, he only parried with a slash and resumed his assault.
He waited for an opening.]

He wanted something, that was for sure. But what?
She had little time to contemplate -- he was fast. Very fast, maybe even faster than Ace had been. Her own speed was her greatest strength and asset, and even with that, the most she could do was block those attacks. All of her energy went into simply countering his blade.]
((ooc: as for an opening, if he feints an attack again, she'll probably fall for that, since she's in 'super-blocking-mode' right now xD))

Gilgamesh went on attacking for a few more seconds until he was about to make another wide slash from the right. He feinted again and his left hand went out to catch her sword hand.]

Block after block. It was becoming easy, and his moves were powerful, but predictable. Maybe she could--
...No. She didn't really register what had just happened. Did he fake her out? He wasn't where she thought he would be, and she couldn't move her arm-- ...her wrist was tight in his grasp. Damn...! She was struggling immediately, trying to wrestle her hand out of his grasp.]

This could have been much easier for the both of us, woman.
[And then he started to drain her prana. It was quick but painful, as though every cell in her body was exploding or shriveling. Eventually her body would stop functioning and enter a state of comatose.]
