hi evrita, i'm not sure what the problem is with the virtualdub, but if you can't figure anything out i'd suggest asking lj-user ohmiya_sg. she's a fellow subber and i've always went to her for advice when i'd get stuck on subbing difficult videos. just give her a message about the problem and you can tell her that i sent you her way. she's really friendly and might be able to help you out. =)
Thank you for the suggestion.. I'kll try to convert to avi like echowillow suggested. if it doesn't work, I will try to ask Ohmiya for sugestion like you said.. thx.

I don't think you'll need to re-spilt or re-join or do the subs again. It is the video file that is the problem. Is it in avi? I checked at junmilkv6, looks like the file is mpg. You might want to convert it into avi. (Although I can't gurantee that will work, but I always convert my files to avi before I encode, hehe, & the problem seems to solve itself in my case). ^__^
