so, i have gained back a bit of weight! maybe just a couple pounds, but still. this is disappointing, but not at all surprising, as i rarely make time anymore to go to the gym more than maybe once, twice a week, and have been drinking quite a lot. oops... and all those late nights up drinking often end with a drunken trip to a fast food drive through at three or four AM. super! oh, and i've been drinking soda, which is bad for me for so many reasons. soda + alcohol + fast food = a LOT of fucking empty calories. but they feel so good! ughhh, not really, haha. well, i need to get motivated to get back into a fitness routine that works with my life. i also need to eat better, duh. and a lot less! three rules start today: no soda, no pastries, and no fast food. i can deal with that.

i got done two hours early with my meeting at the san jose office today, so i'm going now to help nick and scott move into their new apartment in the city! i think i'm going to be helping them paint the place. i put on old clothes to paint in and didn't like how i looked so i'm wearing cute clothes i don't want to get paint on... hopefully they won't want me to do much!
