Wow
It is a good thing I know the placement of things on LJ. It's all in Dutch so I have been guessing. So far so good. The trip has been nothing short of amazing. I suffered from terrible insomnia the first day here. I think I slept 5 hours in 48. I admit having insomnia did let me catch some things I might not have.
I'm getting a tattoo tomorrow. Maybe if I can talk someone into it they will let them take a picture of me getting it. I'd been thinking of doing it before and there happens to be a tattoo place on the street we are staying. When I talked to the artist he suggested what I had kicked around in my head. So I took it as a good sign.
The museums have been fantastic. At the Van Goh Museum there was an exhibit if Max Beckham that was amazing. Though seeing a Rembrandt up close and personal gives me such a renewed appreciation of his work.
There is just so much to take in and I've not done so well on the journal. At least not today. Well, I guess that is all i have for the mid trip update. I do have a picture of Windi that I was given permission to post when I get back. I'll see you when I get back.
